The manufacturing of our Foamboard is based on more than 40 years of experience and extensive research. Quality controls throughout the entire process guarantee a high-quality product.
Moorman Foamboard is highly suitable for processing on binding machines and inset-equipment. Moorman Foamboard combines well with all kinds of binding material: paper, plastic, suede and linen. Covers can be printed or embossed, thanks to Foamboard’s excellent stiffness and dimensional stability.
Moorman Foamboard is laminated from 3 layers:
- Greyboard available in thickness of 0.60 mm to 3.00 mm
- Polyether foam available in 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm
- Felt paper of 150 grams
Your foamboard can be supplied as follows:
- Whole sheets of 1000x700 mm or 1000x800 mm
- Rotary cut to bespoke sizes
- Die-cut with rounded corners
- Moorman made-to-measure
