Our cardboard department is specialised in die-cutting of various materials, such as grey cardboard, corrugated cardboard, folding cardboard and plastics.
Any desired form can be punched from the material by means of a cutting die; some examples are: chip binders, pattern holders, packaging, filters, supports, coil flanges, large-size industrial box covers, spines for binders, document files, ring binders, puzzles, etc. etc.
In addition to die-cutting, we can distinguish the following types of processing:
- creasing: creating a folding line in the material
- scoring: punching halfway through the cardboard
- perforating: creating a line along which the cardboard can be torn or folded
For larger print runs we have fully automatic equipment, so that the product can be broken out as part of the same production step.
