Royal Moorman Karton offers a wide range of materials for the art trade, framing industry, and museums. This includes an extensive selection of matboard and museumboard, as well as additional materials such as backing board, self-adhesive board, acid-free wrapping paper, greyboard, polystyrene, and corner protectors.
We have recently expanded our Basico Matboard range. It was already available in a thickness of 1.5 mm (1.3 mm for black), and we have now added an extra thick version of 2.

The Applications of Cardboard Are Endless. Moorman offers cardboard for displays, in-store signage, and 2D and 3D presentations. It is perfect for printing, cutting, die-cutting, creasing, and laminating, offering countless creative and functional possibilities.

Environmentally friendly outdoor advertising with Aquaboard Eco.
Aquaboard Eco is a waterproof board and the eco-friendly alternative to plastic and hardboard boards. It contributes to reducing PVC and plastic burning, as well as plastic litter, by opting for sustainable solutions. In addition, an advantage is that Aquaboard Eco does not have to be removed separately after a campaign, but can be disposed of with the waste paper; this provides a nice cost savings.

Standard museumboard
Chlorine- and acid free high quality buffered cellulose board. Through it’s featherweight, it’s easy to cut. The size is 90x120 cm and it’s aging resistant. The colors are white, superwhite, natural, off white and white/off white and in several weights.
Museumboard
Moorman Museumboard is a product that is essentially different from normal matboards. It is made of one or more layers of the same buffered material.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MATBOARD
A mat serves different functions. Hence matboard needs to meet different requirements. Moorman markets matboard which meets all the requirements - even the most stringent.

• Work in as clean a space as possible, as dust in the room will immediately settle on your adhesive work. Take care with photos and self-adhesive polystyrene: both can be static.
